Our Reconciliation Action Plan 

RIC is committed to engaging in reconciliation in a meaningful way with learning and relationship building at its core.

RIC’s vision for reconciliation is an Australia that embraces unity between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and all Australians.

In addition, a nation that is inclusive of acknowledgment, equality, and proactive engagement. 

We embark on our reconciliation journey with a desire to achieve positive and equitable engagement with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples throughout Australia, and a deeper understanding of their cultures, connection to the land and sea, and how RIC can be a part of a positive path forward. 

Our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) is our way of continuing RIC’s diversity and inclusion work.

Officially commencing our RAP journey, all employees and leadership team, will have the opportunity to embrace and play an active role.
